Signs are the #1 source of sales. For sale signs, directional signs, open house signs. Signs, period. They work. They’re cheap. And best yet, they are legal in most towns and communities. Even if your assosication does not permit signs during the week, they surely do on weekends. Are you using them?  We have them here, they are free for our clients. Use them!

If you’re doing open houses weekly, and you have been using 5 signs, use 10. Using 8? Now use 16. Why?  Signs are the #1 source of sales. Do what works.


Empty Brochure Boxes

Every day I get a call from a buyer who complains about the brochure box being empty. What message does this send to the buyer? Has the seller given up?  Do they not want to sell?  Is the property sold?  Is the agent lazy? 

If your brochure box is empty perhaps you can get more brochures, or place the empty brochure box inside your house until you can do so.  If you live in an association, you should have the brochure box out on weekends, except for Sundays where you are doing an open house.
