The Holiday Effect

More often than not, a major holiday takes some momentum- sometimes a lot out of the real estate market. What I have found is that folks love to drive through neighborhoods, visit open houses and view properties when liesure time permits.  With weekends being so busy in this day with soccer, baseball, birthday parties, lawn care, you name it, the holiday tends to “turn down the volume” a bit on the marketplace.

Good news?  The weekends which follow a holiday typically rebound nicely, and with the best month of weather (except this weekend!) ahead of us, things are looking up.
