While the numbers speak for themselves, it’s great to point out that the Hamilton and Washington (Mercer) markets are doing just fine. Days on market is certainly higher than years past, but properties are selling close to “peak” pace. Meanwhile, the Trenton and Northern Burlington markets are suffering a bit. Look for those towns to rebound somewhat as the weather warms.
