The NJ Home Tax, and What You Can Do About It

The NJ Home Tax, www.njhometax.com , is technically known as the NJ Transfer Tax. Made into  law in 1968 while Richard Hughes was our governor (Hughes was born and raised locally in Florence), this tax has skyrocketed over the past several years, and quietly soaks more equity from  every seller in NJ.  

I suggest you visit the above link and get more informed about this tax, and let your local law makers know how you feel.
